Broccoli Polonaise

Instructions
- Saute 1 minced garlic clove, onion, parsley or cilantro in butter.
- When butter bubbles, stir in breadcrumbs.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and lemon juice.
- Blanch 4 portions of broccoli tops in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Arrange hot broccoli on plate and spoon small amount of warm bread sauce over each portion.
