Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick oleo or butter
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound package thawed broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with a little oleo or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together Bisquick, milk, eggs, and melted oleo until blended.
  3. Fold in shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and thawed broccoli.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the sides are light brown and the center is cooked.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
