Broccoli Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 lb. cheese tortellini
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute butter and garlic, boil broccoli (see package) and drain. Boil tortellini (see package) and drain.
  2. Mix gently, broccoli, tortellini, butter and garlic.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
