Ingredients

  • 1 pheasant, cut up
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 stalks celery, in chunks
  • 2 carrots, in chunks
  • 2 potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the pheasant pieces in butter and place them in the crock-pot.
  2. Add quartered onions, chunks of celery, carrots, and potatoes to the pheasant in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour half a can of cream of mushroom soup and half a can of cream of celery soup over the vegetables and pheasant.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 1/2 hours, or until the pheasant is tender and vegetables are soft.
