Broccolini Pasta

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 1 bunch Broccolini
  • 4 to 5 slices Bacon
  • 1 large clove Garlic
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 Red chili pepper
  • 1 Salt
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water.
  2. Cut the broccolini into 2~3 cm pieces, the bacon into 2 cm pieces, and finely slice the garlic.
  3. Slice the red chili pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and red chili peppers.
  5. When the garlic is aromatic, add the bacon and broccolini and stir-fry.
  6. When the broccolini is tossed well, quickly add 1 ladle of pasta cooking water, then add the chicken soup stock granules and soy sauce.
  7. Quickly add the cooked pasta.
  8. Toss and serve!
