Ingredients

  • 1 slice toast
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 3 slices fresh tomato

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon into three half pieces and partially cook.
  2. Place the toast slice on the rack of a broiler pan.
  3. Cover the toast with cheese slices.
  4. Broil until the cheese starts to melt.
  5. Remove from the oven.
  6. Cover the cheese with slices of fresh tomato.
  7. Place the bacon on top and broil until the bacon is cooked. Serve hot.
