Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. dried basil

Instructions

  1. Mix dried basil, garlic powder, and salt into melted butter.
  2. Arrange potato wedges on a cookie sheet and brush with vegetable oil.
  3. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 10 minutes.
  4. Brush the potato wedges with the butter mixture.
  5. Broil for an additional 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
