Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 slices cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 4 slices onion
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices bacon, cut in two

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying it with Pam.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly on each slice of bread.
  3. Place the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet.
