Broiled Tomatoes With Mozzarella

- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Spray a cookie sheet with Pam or non-stick spray.
- Place the tomato slices in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Top each tomato slice with a slice of mozzarella cheese, allowing some of the tomato to show.
- Mix together the basil leaves, oregano leaves, black pepper, oil, and vinegar.
- Drizzle the mixture over the tomatoes and cheese.
- Place under the broiler for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
