Ingredients

  • 5 cups Mochiko
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can frozen coconut milk
  • 1 can Azuki Tsukushian

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Mochiko, baking soda, brown sugar, water, and coconut milk.
  2. Stir in the azuki beans.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or until done.
