Brown Paper Bag Pie

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except apples, pie shell, and lemon juice to coat the apples.
- Place the sliced apples into the unbaked pie shell and drizzle lemon juice over them.
- Sprinkle the prepared topping over the apples.
- Slice the brown paper shopping bag open and place the filled pie inside without touching the top of the bag.
- Double fold the end of the bag and fasten with paper clips. Place the bag on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 1 hour.
- Immediately split open the bag after baking.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
