Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix together the brown sugar, dry mustard, and vinegar to make the glaze.
  2. Thirty minutes before the ham is done, pour off the drippings from the ham.
  3. Remove the ham skin and score the surface in a crisscross pattern.
  4. Brush the glaze onto the ham and continue baking.
