Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. brownie mix
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. white sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • banana slices
  • strawberry slices
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix brownie mix as directed on the package.
  3. Place parchment paper on a 13 or 15-inch baking stone or pizza pan.
  4. Pour brownie mixture onto the parchment and spread into a circle, leaving 3/4-inch all around.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
  6. Allow the brownie crust to cool.
  7. Mix cream cheese and white sugar until smooth.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie crust.
  9. Top with banana slices, strawberry slices, and chopped nuts.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the toppings.
  11. Chill the pizza before cutting into wedges.
