Brownie Sundae

- Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 6 hole cupcake pan. Line hole bases with paper liners.
- Combine butter and 4 oz of chocolate in a double boiler (don't let bowl touch water). Cook, stirring, for 3-4 mins, or until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
- Add egg and sugar to the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine. Fold in sifted flour and almonds. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 mins.
- Meanwhile, to make chocolate sauce, combine cream and 3 oz of chocolate in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and let stand for 15 mins.
- Serve brownies topped with ice cream, drizzled with warm chocolate sauce and decorated with strawberries. Serve at once.
