Brushetta(Grilled Bread)

Instructions
- Dice tomatoes.
- Mix with basil, salt, garlic salt and crushed peppercorn and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices.
- Toast bread about 2 inches from broiler until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
- Rub toasted slices all over their browned bodies with garlic clove.
- Brush the slices with olive oil and top with tomato mixture and return to 350° oven for 5 minutes.
