  1. Take 24 crushed cookies and blend with melted butter.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into a 13 x 9-inch metal pan to form the crust.
  3. Freeze the crust for 20 minutes.
  4. Let the mint chip ice cream soften during this time.
  5. Layer the softened ice cream over the frozen cookie crust.
  6. Spread the entire can of chocolate topping over the ice cream layer.
  7. Add a layer of Cool Whip on top of the chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle the reserved crushed cookies over the Cool Whip.
