Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine cheese, flour and seasonings.
  2. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk and coat with cheese mixture.
  3. Place on cookie sheet or baking dish and pour melted margarine over it.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
