Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Make the pie crust by crumbling vanilla wafers and placing them in the bottom of the pie dish.
  2. Stand whole vanilla wafers around the edge of the crust to form the border.
  3. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
  4. Put the egg yolks into a large mixing bowl and beat well.
  5. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice to the yolks and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the lemon mixture into the prepared pie crust.
