Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups grated raw squash
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 teaspoons lemon or coconut flavoring
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
  3. Add grated raw squash, flour, and flavoring; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until set in the middle.
