Ingredients

  • 2 cups nuts, almond,pecans,cashews,peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Toss nuts in oil.
  2. Blend spices and sprinkle over nuts.
  3. Spread on baking dish.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
