- In mixing bowl (with lid) combine meat, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and put in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Put it back in the refrigerator for another 5 to 6 hours.
- Cook meat in a skillet at medium-high heat.
