Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. roast beef
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed toast
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 or 3 crushed garlic
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl (with lid) combine meat, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and put in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Put it back in the refrigerator for another 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Cook meat in a skillet at medium-high heat.
