Ingredients

  • Beef sliced thin
  • 1 or 2 onions thin sliced
  • large carrots sliced thin
  • 2 pods garlic smashed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 green onion
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and let marinate until needed (doesn't have to marinate long).
  2. Cook in a pan until done, adding water to create more sauce.
  3. Optionally, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles.
