Ingredients

  • 18 1/4 ounces lemon cake mix (1 box)
  • 14 ounces instant lemon pudding (1 small box)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon rind
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients on medium/high speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Bake for 40-45 in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees.
