Sweet and playful burger bites combining coconut, vanilla wafers, and peppermint patties, perfect for parties or fun snack times for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 drop of green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 48 vanilla wafers
  • 24 chocolate-covered peppermint patties
  • egg white

Instructions

  1. Cut 12 paper hamburger wraps from McDonald's into halves.
  2. Place a vanilla wafer on each half of the wrap.
  3. Add a chocolate-covered peppermint patty on top of each wafer.
  4. Mix a drop of green food coloring into the egg white.
  5. Dip the top of each peppermint patty into the egg white mixture.
  6. Sprinkle flaked coconut over the coated peppermint patties.
  7. Repeat with remaining wafers and patties to assemble all burger bites.
