Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine softened butter, instant pudding, water, flour, and vanilla.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Add the chopped nuts and stir to incorporate.
  4. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 12 minutes.
  6. While warm, roll the cookies in confectioners' sugar.
