Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 lb. 10x sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. Whip together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla to the mixture and blend well.
  4. Mold the mixture into egg shapes.
  5. Let the molded eggs set overnight before dipping in chocolate.
