Butter Ring

Instructions
- Blend flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt and cut in butter as for pie crust.
- Dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in milk.
- When foamy, add egg yolks which have been beaten with cream.
- Combine with flour mixture and mix well.
- Chill several hours or overnight. Divide into 3 parts.
- Cut each part into 3 pieces and roll and twist to form butter ring.
- Bake at 350° to 375° until golden brown.
