Buttered Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion or shallot
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped marjoram

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion for 1 min, or until softened. Add chicken stock, herbs and noodles. Toss to combine then cook for 1 min, or until heated through. Season.
