Ingredients

  • 3 bunches of young turnips
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the turnips, sprinkle with salt, and cook until tender.
  2. Caramelize the sugar in the pan.
  3. Add the melted butter to the pan and stir well.
  4. Mix in the minced parsley and pour the butter mixture over the cooked turnips.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
