Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup oleo or butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (chunk style)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Heat to a boiling point.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Cool the mixture.
  5. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows.
  6. Spread the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Chill the pan in the refrigerator.
  8. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter at low speed.
  9. Add vanilla to the melted mixture.
  10. Spread the butterscotch mixture over the crumb and marshmallow layer.
  11. Refrigerate until set.
  12. Cut into 36 bars.
