Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 graham cracker crust, chilled
  • 1 package lemon jello

Instructions

  1. Drain the syrup from the pineapple chunks and add enough water to make 1 cup.
  2. Chill the pineapple chunks.
  3. Bring the pineapple syrup to a boil and stir slowly into the lemon jello until dissolved.
  4. When dissolved, stir half of this jello mixture into the softened cream cheese.
  5. Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
  6. Pour this mixture into the chilled graham cracker crust.
  7. Chill thoroughly before serving.
