Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 package butterscotch pudding
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, butterscotch pudding, brown sugar, milk, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Separate each can of biscuits into 10 pieces and cut each biscuit in half.
  4. Coat each biscuit piece with the pudding mixture.
  5. Spread the coated biscuit pieces evenly in a deep dish.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
