Ingredients

  • 6 oz. package butterscotch morsels
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 beaten egg white

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch morsels over hot water.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add chopped pecans and mix well. Chill until firm.
  4. Roll the mixture into a log shape and place on waxed paper.
  5. Brush the log with beaten egg white.
  6. Press pecan halves into the log.
  7. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
