Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 small head cabbage

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, eggs, water, and salt; knead thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Roll the dough very thin.
  3. Let the dough stand for about 1/2 hour.
  4. Lightly flour the dough and cut into 1-inch squares.
  5. Cook in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes.
  6. Drain and cool slightly.
  7. Serve plain in butter or with cabbage.
