Ingredients

  • 1 large head cabbage, chopped or sliced
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large 6-quart pan over medium heat.
  2. Add seasonings of your choice and stir well.
  3. Add the chopped or sliced cabbage and stir to combine.
  4. Cook until the cabbage is fully tender.
  5. Add the can of cream of celery or mushroom soup, 1/2 can of milk, and 1/2 can of water.
  6. Heat through until completely heated before serving.
