Cabbage Lasagna(4 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage (approximately 2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
  • 8 oz. cooked turkey
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. tomato sauce (14 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Cook cabbage until tender; drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the tomato sauce.
  3. Place in baking dish (6 x 11-inches). Pour sauce over top.
  4. Top with 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is melted.
