Instructions
- Shred cabbage, then heat all other ingredients together to a boil.
- Pour hot mixture over cabbage and stir.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate in a sealed bowl.
- Stir several times a day.
- Make 3 to 4 days ahead for best flavor.
