Instructions
- Parboil the boned meat.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, cumin, and spices as desired. Cook for 10 minutes on reduced heat.
- Add 4 cups of broth and the rice.
- Raise the temperature and boil until the liquid is dissolved.
- Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve the rice with meat on top, without broth.
