Instructions
- Rub the inside of the salad bowl with the peeled garlic clove.
- Tear the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the salad bowl.
- Place an egg in a pan of boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
- Break the cooked egg onto the lettuce and toss gently.
- Add lemon juice to the salad and toss again.
- Sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Add Caesar Salad Dressing and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
