Caesar Salad(Mexican)

A fresh and flavorful Mexican-inspired Caesar Salad featuring crisp Romaine, zesty lemon, Parmesan, and crunchy croutons, perfect for a light lunch or side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove peeled garlic
  • 2 bunches Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the salad bowl with the peeled garlic clove.
  2. Tear the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the salad bowl.
  3. Place an egg in a pan of boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Break the cooked egg onto the lettuce and toss gently.
  5. Add lemon juice to the salad and toss again.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  7. Add Caesar Salad Dressing and toss to combine.
  8. Serve immediately.
