Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chopped green onion tops
  • 1 small can drained chopped green chilies
  • 8 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can Grands corn biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped green onion tops, drained chopped green chilies, and shredded Mexican blend cheese in a bowl.
  2. Press each biscuit dough into a flattened circle and spoon cheese mixture over half of each.
  3. Fold the empty biscuit half over the cheese mixture to form a half moon shape.
  4. Press the seam of each half moon with a fork to seal.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
