Ingredients

  • 4 bean bundle of, thread
  • 1/2 pound shrimp shelled
  • 1 carrot thin slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • butter or oil
  • water
  • cilantro for garnish
  • spring onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak bean thread in water
  2. Heat pan with butter, add garlic and shrimp, stir well and add eggs.
  3. Add carrot , water and bean thread.
  4. Let it cooked till bean thread soft.
  5. Add salt, pepper and curry powder
  6. Last sprinkle cilantro and spring onion.
