Caias (Do-Nuts)
Caias are sweet, fried rice donuts with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with a vanilla glaze—perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert for any rice lover.

Instructions
- Combine cooked rice, Bisquick, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, pet milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and cooked rice mixture. Mix well.
- Chill the batter for 1 hour.
- Heat oil to 400°F.
- Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls into the hot oil.
- Fry about 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with vanilla and a small amount of water or milk as needed.
- Spoon the glaze over the hot Caias and serve.
