Cajun Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (I just use 1 tsp. garlic salt)
  • 2 c. unsalted, raw cashews

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line a jelly roll pan with a sheet of foil.
  3. Place the butter, vinegar, Tabasco, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat and stir until the butter and seasonings are well incorporated.
  4. Add cashews and toss until they are well coated with mixture.
