Ingredients

  • bell pepper
  • onion
  • cream-style corn
  • whole kernel corn
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and bell pepper in oleo until tender.
  2. Mix sautéed vegetables with cream-style corn and whole kernel corn.
  3. Add salt and Cajun seasoning to taste.
  4. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
  5. At the halfway point, stir thoroughly and continue cooking until done.
