Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dates
  • 1 lb. glazed pineapple
  • 1 lb. glazed cherries (red)
  • 1 lb. coconut
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 1 lb. raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all items together.
  2. Pack in baking pans tightly.
  3. Cook at 200° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  4. Gets better with age; store in freezer.
  5. Very rich; small slices are ample.
