Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1/2 cup Calamondo puree
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cake mix, milk, oil, Calamondo puree, and eggs.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating in each before adding the next.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased tube or layer pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes for a tube pan or about 25 minutes for layers.
