Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6.5 oz. can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 oz. can green chilis
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and blend well.
  3. Spread the mixture into an ovenproof serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle the top with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, and salsa.
