California Salad

A refreshing and creamy fruit salad featuring lime and lemon Jell-O, marshmallows, pineapple, and pecans, perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a cool dessert treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix and stir the lemon Jell-O, lime Jell-O, hot water, and marshmallows until marshmallows are melted.
  2. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise, crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex bowl.
  5. Return to refrigerator to congeal.
  6. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
