Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas
  • 8 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar
  • salsa
  • 6 slices chicken, beef or ham
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • dabs of sour cream

Instructions

  1. Spread beans on tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Add meat and salsa.
  3. Add cheese slice.
  4. Roll up tortillas.
