Campsite Kielbasa
A hearty and flavorful campsite dish featuring sliced kielbasa, colorful peppers, onions, potatoes, and water chestnuts, perfect for outdoor gatherings and quick cooking over a skillet.

Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa sausage in half lengthwise, then cut into 3/4-inch thick half-moon shapes.
- Slice the onion and bell peppers into strips. Slice the potatoes.
- Drain liquid from the water chestnuts.
- Place all ingredients in a large skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
- For camping, prepare vegetables beforehand and store in Ziploc bags.
- Leave the sausage in its original wrapping and prepare it the night before cooking.
